Services to Armed Forces
Emergency assistance: Call 1-800-696-3873 24 hours a day. We provide members of the military and their families a channel for emergency communication, access to support, and assistance for family "disasters" or crisis situations.
Stationed with military forces around the world, Red Cross has personnel trained and ready to deliver emergency messages with compassion. If the emergency calls for the service member to return home, our verification process provides the military with the information they need to make emergency leave decisions.
Military members ready to deploy are given information on how to use Red Cross services through the Get To Know Us Before You Need Us program.
